Ayurveda is an ancient form of medicine that has been started in India. It includes yoga, exercise, meditation, nutrients for better health. Arthritis is one of those diseases in India, which is increasing day by day. There is no cure available in Allopathic medicine. But ayurvedic diet, medicine, yoga, exercise, and some changes in the lifestyle can help the people in arthritis.
There are many types of arthritis which are affecting the people for example: Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Psoriatic arthritis, Non-radiographic Axial Spondyloarthritis, etc. People feel the pain in joints, swelling, stiffness, redness, and decreased range of motion in the disease of arthritis.

Complications of Arthritis

Arthritis of hands or arms can affect the daily routine of a person. It can make it difficult to do daily tasks. In a few cases, joints can be deformed and twisted. Serious condition of arthritis includes the treatment like surgery or replacement. But it is not much effective. So we suggest the Ayurveda treatment for arthritis because it is less expensive and most effective in pain and other symptoms of the disease.

Glycyrrhiza glabra:

It is known as Mulethi in Ayurveda. It is anti-inflammatory herbs, which help in the joints inflammation. It also improves mood and reduces the anxiety of a person.

Diet in Arthritis

The ayurvedic diet based on three types of doshas like Vata (which is known as air), Pitta (which is called Fire), and Kapha (which is known as water). The diet helps to maintain the balance of Vata in the human body. You should add below food in your diet if you are feeling some symptoms of Arthritis.

Grains

You should eat easily digested food like oats, rice, and cream of wheat.

Lukewarm Water

Warm water and ginger water helps to digest the food and removes the toxins from the body.

Green Vegetables

All green vegetables should add to your diet plan.

So, as you can see, diet, exercise, yoga, and medicines are helpful in Ayurveda treatment. It can reduce the symptoms of arthritis, and helps you to live a quality life. You can be able to do daily tasks and must say Ayurveda treatment can be long, but it is more effective as well.
